Programs
Programs are $19.99 each as a one-time purchase, or included while your Plus or higher subscription is active. Program sessions adapt to your equipment and avoid-list. Core alone does not include programs or AI coach chat.
Trials, billing and cancellation
Core has a 7-day trial for eligible first-time members; eligible invited friends receive 14 days instead. One trial per person. Returning members and coaching plans have no free trial. After the trial, Core renews at your selected monthly or annual price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew at the stated frequency until cancelled. Taxes and final totals are shown at checkout.
Cancel renewal at any time through Manage billing or Paddle support; paid access continues until the period ends. Plan switches are immediate and prorated. Refund requests are handled by Paddle under our refund policy. See our terms. Coach replies are not an emergency or medical service.
