Privacy policy

Last updated October 21, 2026. RWP Ventures LLC operates PulsePlan and is the data controller for the personal information described here.

Information we collect

  • Account: email, account identifier, display name, sign-in information and account preferences.
  • Training and health-related information: goals, equipment, experience, avoid-list, workout requests, sessions, set logs, effort ratings, pain reports, plans, survey answers and activities you choose to enter or import. Heart-rate information may be included in imported activities.
  • Content you choose to send: assistant and coach messages, voice notes, equipment photos, form-check videos, community posts, reports and shared workouts.
  • Community: birth year and adult confirmation, group membership, optional gym tags and a selected city. Local discovery uses city-level centroids, not your GPS position.
  • Purchases and usage: subscription status, purchase records, referrals, app interactions, device/browser information, diagnostic events and security records. Card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in PulsePlan’s workout records.

How we use information

We use information to operate your account, personalize and coach workouts, save progress, manage purchases, deliver requested reminders, support coaching, moderate community content, prevent abuse and improve reliability. Health-related information is not used for advertising. PulsePlan does not sell personal information or operate third-party advertising.

AI, voice and photos

AI providers accessed through Lovable’s AI Gateway process workout requests and training context, assistant conversations, community text for moderation, and equipment photos for equipment recognition. Avoid including unnecessary medical details or other people’s personal information.

Voice recognition may use your device or browser’s speech service. When server transcription is used, audio is sent to an AI transcription provider. Transcription audio is not saved as an app media object; voice notes you send to a coach are stored. Equipment photos are not saved to PulsePlan’s photo storage unless you choose to keep them, but are sent for AI analysis. These choices do not establish immediate deletion by a processing provider.

Who receives information

Lovable Cloud hosts account data and uploaded media. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and receives purchase-related identifiers and information for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Assigned coaches can access information needed for coaching; authorized staff review flagged community content and support account administration. Content you post to a group is visible to its members; your public display name and opted-in leaderboard entries may be visible there.

When configured, PostHog receives account-linked usage events, including workout and pain-button events; Sentry processes diagnostics; Customer.io receives account identifiers, email, first name and notification campaign events. Service providers may process data in other countries. Their retention and processing terms apply alongside our instructions. We may disclose necessary records to professional legal or accounting advisers under confidentiality duties, and to authorities where required by law.

Your choices and health consent

Settings includes a health-data consent switch for outside activities and imports. Turning it off prevents those consent-gated features from storing new entries; it does not erase existing records or stop all training information collection. Workout requests, workout logs and pain reports remain part of the training features you use. Photos, recordings, city and gym tags are optional. Notification settings control emails and reminders.

You can download a JSON export of supported account records in Settings → Privacy & data. The export is not a copy of uploaded media files or every service provider’s records.

Retention and account deletion

While your account is active, account and training records are kept to provide your account and history. RWP Ventures LLC’s retention policy is to remove remaining account data within 30 days after a verified account-deletion request. This includes remaining training records, member content, security records and backup copies under our control, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You can start deletion using our account-deletion page or Settings. Cancel ongoing subscription renewal first. Deletion removes sign-in access and initiates removal of the profile, workouts, logs, member messages, uploaded photos and community posts covered by the account-deletion process.

Our default post-deletion retention period for billing, purchase, security, moderation, referral and audit records is also 30 days. Records required for tax, accounting, refunds, disputes or other legal obligations are exceptions and may need to be retained longer. Paddle and other providers control their own required records and backup retention; we cannot guarantee their erasure within 30 days.

The 30-day period describes our business policy, not a verified automatic purge of every record or backup. Comprehensive removal of residual records and provider-held copies has not yet been verified. Contact info@rwp-ventures.com to request follow-up on remaining data or applicable retention exceptions. Offline workout copies on your device can remain after sign-out; clear PulsePlan’s site data on shared devices.

Security and children

We use encrypted connections, access controls and role-based staff permissions to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Community participation is restricted to adults aged 18 or older through a self-attested age gate, not identity verification. PulsePlan is not intended for children under 13; do not submit children’s personal information.
