PulsePlan

PulsePlan · RWP Ventures LLC

Refund policy

Effective October 21, 2026. For PulsePlan purchases from RWP Ventures LLC through Paddle.

Refund eligibility and time limits

PulsePlan purchases are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy, which we adopt for refunds rather than offering a separate seller guarantee. That policy describes a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for eligible consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK, with digital-content exceptions and specific subscription and trial rules. Eligibility and other rights vary by country; please review Paddle's full policy for the time limit that applies to your purchase. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net to contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and request a refund. Provide the email used for the purchase and the transaction or receipt reference if available. You do not need to sign in to PulsePlan to make a request. Paddle handles refunds and can advise on eligibility, processing times and the original payment method.

Subscriptions and trial cancellation

A refund request and cancellation of future renewal are separate actions. To stop future charges, cancel in Manage billing or ask Paddle to cancel renewal. Cancellation alone keeps access until the end of your paid period and does not automatically refund a charge. If you cancel an eligible free trial before it ends, the paid subscription will not begin.
