Your agreement

You are contracting with RWP Ventures LLC for access to PulsePlan, a personalized fitness, workout-planning and coaching service. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to agree, or appropriate parent or guardian permission where permitted. Community participation is for adults 18 and older.

Fitness guidance and assumption of risk

Exercise involves risk of injury. You are responsible for assessing your ability, environment and equipment, providing accurate training information, and choosing whether to perform an exercise. Seek qualified medical advice about health conditions and before training where appropriate. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual shortness of breath. PulsePlan, its AI and fitness coaches do not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. For an emergency, contact local emergency services. Nothing here waives rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for personal injury where applicable.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials confidential and account details accurate. Do not use PulsePlan unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, harass others, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, probe security without authorization, scrape the service without permission, circumvent access limits or interfere with other users. Do not use AI tools for illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware, jailbreaking or attempts to bypass safety instructions.

Intellectual property and your content

RWP Ventures LLC retains ownership of PulsePlan software, documentation, branding and other service intellectual property. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal fitness. You retain rights you hold in your uploaded content and grant us permission to host and process it only as needed to operate the service. You must have rights and permissions for prompts, photos, recordings and other inputs. AI outputs may not be unique or protectable; these terms do not guarantee exclusive ownership or third-party clearance.

Report rights-holder complaints through in-app messaging, identifying the affected content, your rights and the requested action. We may remove or restrict infringing content and suspend repeat infringers. Refund inquiries do not require an app account: use Paddle's support at paddle.net.

AI accuracy and moderation

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your inputs, verifying outputs and how you use them. Outputs are general fitness guidance, not regulated medical or other professional advice without qualified oversight. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, restrict community participation or suspend accounts for safety, infringement or policy violations.

Prices, subscriptions and cancellation

Current USD prices and included features are on our public pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually at the selected rate unless cancelled. Eligible first-time Core subscribers receive a 7-day trial; eligible referrals receive 14 days instead. One trial per person; returning members and coaching tiers have no trial. After a trial, your selected paid subscription begins unless you cancel before it ends. Taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout.

Cancel renewal through Manage billing in the app or Paddle support. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period's end. Plan switches take effect immediately with proration. One-time program purchases do not renew. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, alongside our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Availability and ending access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be unavailable during maintenance or failures. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Data handling after access ends is described in our privacy policy, including our 30-day post-deletion retention policy and legal and provider exceptions; export and account deletion are available through Settings and our account-deletion page.
